Functional training for people of all fitness levels. They take place in groups with a trainer.Classes for people of all fitness levelsTraining sessions are very different from working out in the gym. They are completely planned in advance, strictly follow the timing, are held only in groups with the coach and last 1.5 an hour. Typically training in TNT Functional Fitness consists of several parts.
Warm-upWe prepare the muscles, joints and nervous system for the upcoming workout. First, we warm up the joints, then perform a dynamic warm-up, which may contain, for example, light running, squats, joint gymnastics, press-ups.Strength training and learning new skillsWe teach the technique of performing and develop strength in any basic, gymnastic or weightlifting movement. This could be a back squat with a bar on the back, a jerk or clean and jerk, a deadlift, a bench press, or learning handstands or pull-ups.
WODWOD (workout of the day) —this is an intense set of exercises that can include many different movements. The duration of the complex, the set of exercises and the scheme of their performance depends on the goals of the specific workout.PostworkoutAdditional task after training. This could be stretching, rowing, light jogging or several gymnastic exercises to strengthen the muscles of the back and core.

Practical weightlifting group classes with a trainer, where we learn how to correctly and safely perform the snatch and push of a barbell. A great opportunity to thoughtfully and calmly work on the technique of weightlifting movements.These workouts are for those who want to learn how to lift more technically, get rid of accumulated mistakes, develop strength, speed and accuracy.
These workouts are also for "continuing" crossfitters and weightlifters who decided to focus on the technique of their lifts for competitive purposes. Increase muscle mass and power!!!Classes are held in groups 5-12 people. Each workout lasts 90 minutes

How can i start training at tnt?

Just fill up the form above or contact us on any social media and we will get back to you with all details. Also, you can just pick a class in the schedule and show up — we have enough room for everyone!

I've never done sports. can I come anyways?

Sure, we will be happy to see you regardless of your form or experience! Functional training and CrossFit fit anyone. All classes are trained by an experienced coach that will guide you through every movement and scale the exercises up or down depending on your abilities.

I have some health conditions, can I train?

If you're not banned from all activities overall and just have some prohibited exercises and movements you can notify your coach about it and they will change the program for you.

Why do you have so few training machines?

You're right, we only have cardio machines in TNT: rowers, treadmills, ski simulators, and air bikes. These are the only machines you need for proper functional training. The rest is done with the help of free weights that you will use for functional movements that resemble things you do in your daily life, like carrying heavy things around.

How can I pay?

We accept cash and cards.

I Heard that CrossFit is bad for the heart. Is that true?

Intense, long, unsupervised training sessions can definitely be bad for your health and especially for the heart. But it's not the case for TNT — all our classes are led by professional coaches that have a thought-out training program drawn up beforehand. The coaches' goal is to help you become stronger, healthier, and more fit than before, so you won't do any harmful activities here.
